What counts as a project?

Each project you create in Alpha — a job, a site, a piece of work you track from start to finish. You're charged $5 the moment it's created, once — half the regular $10 rate while the launch discount lasts.

Do I pay per user?

No. Add your whole crew, the office, and the owner at no extra cost. You're only ever charged for projects.

Are there tiers or feature gates?

None. Every account gets every feature. The only thing that changes your bill is how many projects you create.

Does Alpha do scheduling, invoicing, or payroll?

On purpose, no. Alpha is the live visibility layer for work in the field — who's on site, where every job stands, and the files and conversations attached to each one. QuickBooks stays your money system: customers, items, and estimates sync with it both ways, and invoices stay where your accountant already works.

Is there a minimum or a contract?

No monthly minimum and nothing to sign. A month with no new projects costs nothing. Walk away whenever.

How long does the 50% off last?
