Built for the trades — roofing, HVAC, electrical, every field crew
One screen. Every answer.
Alpha gives your whole team one place to see what's happening — your crew, your jobs, your customers, live. The questions everyone keeps texting you? Answer them with a glance, not a group chat. It's not another dispatch-and-invoicing suite — it's the live layer on top of the jobs you already run.
01 · Field tracking
See your crew.
Not your phone.
Geofenced check-ins answer the question before someone has to ask it: who's on site, who's off-site, who's running long. The whole field, on one screen, live — so nobody has to text "u still there?"
-
Geofence per location.
Set a radius per site. One tap checks a tech in and verifies they're actually on site — anything outside the line is flagged off-site.
-
No more "are you on site?"
Dispatch, ops, and the office see the same live board. The question gets answered before it's asked.
-
Visit log, immutable.
Every check-in is an append-only row. When someone asks how long a job took, the answer is one click away.
02 · Projects
Every job.
Everything about it.
Customer, location, crew, files, comments, schedule — all attached to the project, all visible at once. When someone asks "what's going on with Henderson?" you open one tab, not six. List, timeline, Gantt: pick the view, the data underneath doesn't move.

03 · QuickBooks
Build the job once.
The estimate writes itself.
The work order you build in Alpha becomes the estimate in QuickBooks — one click, no re-typing. Customers and items import straight from QBO, edits keep flowing both ways, and invoices stay where your accountant already works. All optional: skip the connection and Alpha runs the same.
- Tear-off & disposal 1 $1,840 synced
- Architectural shingles 32 sq $2,560 edited
- Ridge vent install 40 ft $420 new
$4,820
Edited in QuickBooks a moment ago
synced back automatically-
Nothing typed twice.
Customers and items import from QuickBooks; the work order pushes back as an estimate. The answer to "did we send it?" lives on the project.
-
Edits flow both ways.
Change a line in Alpha and sync it over. Change the estimate in QuickBooks and it flows back to the project on its own — no button to press, each line marked with what's new or edited.
-
Conflicts get caught, not clobbered.
If the estimate changed in QuickBooks since your last sync, Alpha stops the overwrite and shows you what's different before anything is lost.
The toolkit
Built for the crew,
not just the office.
- 04
One queue per person. Every job they have today.
Every assignment a tech has — across every shop they're rostered with — on one screen, sorted by when they're due. They don't pick which app to open or which dispatcher to text. They just see their day.
- 05
Drive, if you want it.
Optional, not required. Hook up Google Drive, give a project its folder, and drop photos, permits, and contracts straight into it from the project page — kept organized under its customer. Skip it and attachments still live on the project.
- 06
Fast where it counts.
Bottom tabs, big targets, a persistent check-in pill that never scrolls away. Works with gloves. Works on one bar of LTE. Loads quick enough that nobody waits to do the thing they came to do.
- 07
Everyone sees what they need.
Six built-in roles — owner, admin, project manager, technician, accountant, read-only. The whole team sees the same source of truth, scoped to what's theirs. No custom-role spaghetti. No "wait, who has access to that?"
How it works
Set it up once.
Then jobs just flow.
-
01 One-time · ~10 minutes Set it up. Once..
Invite your team with the role they need. Add your customers and locations — set a geofence radius around each site to verify on-site check-ins. QuickBooks and Drive plug in if you have them. Skip both and Alpha runs the same.
-
02 Per project · seconds Spin up a job..
Pick the customer, the site, the crew, the dates. That's the whole creation flow. From then on, every check-in, photo, note, and comment shows up on the project on its own — no timesheets, no file-naming rules, no "did you upload that?"
-
03 Anytime · one tab See what's happening..
When someone has a question, open the project page — crew, location, dates, files, comments, history, all on one screen. Need a specific person? @-mention them in a comment and they get a notification and an email. Or open the on-site board to see who's checked in right this minute. The answers are already there.
Trust & data
Your operation's data,
kept to itself.
-
Your workspace is yours alone.
Every organization's data is fully isolated from every other's. Nobody outside your team can see your customers, your jobs, or your files.
-
Access follows roles.
Six built-in roles control exactly who on your team can see and change what — from owner down to read-only. Remove someone and their access ends immediately.
-
Never sold, never shared.
Your data moves over encrypted connections and is used to run your operation — not mined, resold, or shared with anyone else.
